Just a Thought...

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12).”
Could this be the reason so many church members will beat a path to a church of watered down, compromised, sterile preaching.
Could it be most are only seeking to be informed rather than convicted of their sin in order to become transformed by the whole truth of the Gospel.
